crv is for states where you pay a bottle fee for plastic/aluminum beverages, then you get that fee back if/when you recycle the empties. So if you buy a case of water, you might pay $0.02 per bottle x 24 on top of the selling price.

Just a heads up. I purchased 3 Schick disposable razors. I used $5/2 and a $3 paper coupon. The $5/2 CVS coupon app for the Schick came off as well. Also, I purchased 2 Cover Girl mascaras and used the $6/2 paper coupon. The $6/2 CVS coupon app for the Cover Girl came off also. I used CRTs with the purchase and I got my ECBs. No beeps and no hassles!
I had a $2/10 cosmetics coupon that would not combine with the $6/2 covergirl coupon. I am getting so frustrated with the inconsistency of coupon policy!

Any ideas why this wouldnt work? The cashier showed me the ‘too many coupons’ or wahtever error it was. Exceed coupon limit? Something like that.
The covergirl $6/2 beeps for all eye shadows. It must be the way it’s coded. It has nothing to do with the CVS crt.
I replied in another thread, that the CG coupon is coded for specific products. PG sold off CG line to Coty brands, and the coupon that was put out, will only go through smoothly if you can find the PG pkg since the upc code matches the coupon upc. I found several eye shadows (has a white compact) and some mascara’s still with PG upc’s. But almost all of the PG items now on the makeup aisle are packaged with Coty upc.
I also had a CVS coupon print from the magic coupon machine for $2 off a $6 Softsoap Body Wash coupon. I bought 2 body washes, used the CVS coupon+manufacter’s coupon, and got the ECBs back. Just a heads up to look over the coupons printing this week.
When I use the $2.50 off instant coupon it got lowered to $2.05. I don’t think it is right that they are doing that and it doesn’t even make sense. I emailed them and they didn’t care.
I totally agree. A lot of us have found that the way around the crt adj down, is to purchase the item by itself. It seems if you buy with other items and use EB’s to pay, the EB’s prorate across all items and will reduce the value of the item, so the system will adj the crt thinking the item is worth $2.05, not $3.50. Def CALL cs to complain, emails don’t really get anywhere with them.
Does anyone know if you can do the Mabelline or the Loreal buy 2 get $5 ECBs deal if you’ve already done it with Covergirl?
