My ibotta said select varieties, so I scanned them in ibotta before buying, the blue tube mascara nor the quad eyeshadow qualified, i recommend scanning before buying

yes even eye liner didnt work on ibotta
eyeliner worked for me on Ibotta. I just scanned everything to make sure. The 3 color eye shadow pictured above didn’t work for me. My 6.00 coupon didn’t scan but manager took it anyways.
I found some Covergirl nail polishes that were on clearance for $2.50 each, i bought three even thought i didnt have the coupon on me. I submitted my receipt to ibotta and i got the credit a few hours later, i also submitted my receipt to the Coupons.com app for $6 since i didn’t print the coupon but im not sure if they’ll approve it.
My 6.00 coupon beeped and they would not put thru

Oh bummer! Were you able to speak with customer service? I have had luck getting assistance from them when issues pop up with scanning my coupons at checkout.
Look at your coupon for $6/2 mpc and it says, EXCLUDES ikit eye shadows. If you even look in your picture it says ikit eye shadows.
I think it only excludes the 1 pan eyeshadows. The eyeshadows with multiple colors should be included. They are typically a higher cost.

I bought 2 $5.95 mascaras and it wouldn’t take the coupon. The Walmart associate had to put it in manually. It scanned but wouldn’t take. The Ibotta rebate worked for both though.

Tried to use this at my Walmart. The coupon wouldn’t scan so they said they couldn’t take it.
I was able to use it at Kroger.

Any coupon $5 and over needs a manager to override. It is not that it is won’t work. It just needs an override.

I was wondering if anyone else was having a problem with Walmart’s new COUPON POLICY with regards to no money given back anymore and coupon having to be for exact amount of product or less? I had the coupons or the Hershey Gold bar .. coupon was for 1.75 off and the bars were .89 .. I was very happy thinking that I was going to get a pack of diapers free after getting the difference back form the coupons .. however it turned into a major embarrassment for me when the lady rudely told me that the policy has changed and I they would no longer give me cash back .. THEN SHE STOOD THERE WIT HER HANDS ON HER HIPS TELLING ME THAT THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT COUPONS UNLESS THEY ARE FOR THE EXACT AMOUNT … ??? Any one else having these kind of issues ??? Ugg

Ugh! Walmart’s ever changing coupon policies are a nightmare! After waiting 8 minutes for a CSM to come verify my $2 eye Covergirl coupon (I was using it on $5 mascara) , I was told that they don’t accept any coupons that don’t scan correctly the first time. I politely asked for my coupon back, told them I would pass on the Covergirl and will save it for CVS.
