Has anyone bought just 2 chocolates and the Reese cups and had this work? The receipt shown looks like more products were bought, maybe to cover overage?

    • takingachance

It’s a penny overage, rite aid is not like Walgreens where you need one item per coupon, both digitals can apply to the Reeses just fine at rite aid, should be fine just the 3 items

      • Boisegal

A cashier told me (though I haven’t tried this time) that they can’t take coupons that will put the coupon total over the product total. I think you’d have to have at least one extra product (for the overage to get absorbed) like shown in the receipt.

    • Kyliejay!

I was wondering this too, thanks!

  2. Sofia

I am wondering the same thing. Should I buy 4 Russell Stover eggs and a bag too to make this work? TIA

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Hi Sofia! You should be able to grab the deal All for Free, just as we have listed above when snagging one King Size Reese’s Candy Bar and two Russell Stover Easter Eggs. Hope that helps!

      • Christo

Did not work for me. The Russell Stover eggs worked perfectly but only one of the two Reese’s coupons came off. I was charged $0.99 plus tax. Note that I did not purchase anything else in my transaction.

        • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Bummer! So sorry it didn’t work for you! I would definitely try reaching out to management. So happy the Russell Stover coupon worked fine for you!

          • Valencia

You had that .10 disposable bag fee that covered the penny of overage. That’s why everything went through with no problem.

        • mel

In order for both of the L2C q’s, your subtotal has to be MORE than the value of the q’s. Since the item is $1.99, only 1 $1 L2C will apply.
So you will need a filler to cover that $0.01 if you want both $1 L2C’s to apply.

    • Sofia

Update: I was being charged .99 cents too when I tried getting just the 3 items so I decided to get one more Russell stover egg so I just paid .49 cents instead of .99 cents. I hope that made sense and helps others who might experience the same thing I did. 🙂

  3. Jeremy

Im curious if these Reese coupons work on the Reese Easter Giant Pnut Butter Egg product?

  4. Kyliejay!

    How easy, thank you!

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

I know! Right!? Such an easy candy deal to grab! I will be heading to my Rite Aid later today to add these to our Easter Baskets! 😉

Has anyone had problems with load2card lately? Mine hasn’t been working properly since last week. I can add coupons if I’m on the riteaid.com website, but if I’m on the app, it keeps saying I’m not authorized to use load2card. I made a purchase that load2card coupons should’ve applied, but they didn’t. I contacted Rite Aid, but it’s been a few days and I still haven’t received a response-not even an automated message saying they got what I sent them.

Can I just buy the Russell Stover Easter Singles for free and not deal with the Reeses or will that not work?

    • Christina

Yes I just purchased the Russell candy only, and it worked fine

  7. Nicole

Hey everyone! I got my deal to work out perfectly, the Oreo Milka bars are on sale for $.59 each this week, so if you buy the candy listed above, one Oreo Milka bar, and use the $.55/1 Oreo Milka bar coupon from last week’s smartsource insert, your total will only be 3 CENTS!!! Hope this helps you all with questions 🙂

  8. Andrea

How can you tell which $1 L2C coupon is the store coupon and which is the digital manu coupon?

    • mel

when you flip the card over for the details, one will have the manuf remit address and the other one will say something like offer only valid with wellness+ card and no remit address.

  9. Me

Just did this deal. Got the Milka (55 cent Q), Stovers and Hersheys and it was only 3 cents! Yay! Thanks H2S!

    • Jennifer (Hip2Save Sidekick)

      You are welcome! Sounds yummy!
