I totally agree with you L. But what is saving me is the rebate for swedish fish/sour patch kids. My local grocery store have the theater box for $.50 and Checkout 51 has $1 when you buy 2, limit 5. So I purchased 10 last Tuesday (but I got a raincheck on Monday since they were totally out), paid $5 and got $5 back from Checkout 51. I did it again yesterday and got another $5. And if it resets next week, I will do it again with the raincheck. I plan on putting these candies in goody bags for the last day of school. 🙂
