I’m curious if it’s just me, but have you found that you lose less weight on the freestyle program? I feel it doesn’t help with my portion control. Anyone else?

    • MsAnnie

I am Lifetime at goal and was concerned when they added this enhancement, but I don’t eat any of the zero foods except for my fruit which I weigh & measure. Weigh, measure, track your portions even the zero foods that way you can go back and look at what you used the previous weeks. Many people are asking the same question about portions, but I find if you weigh & measure everything you can see exactly how much food you consumed. One day at a time. You can do this.

I’m loving freestyle, I’m not being super strict as I’m trying to make it a lifestyle change vs having a goal weight though.

    • Jennifer

Yes and I actually feel like it’s more restrictive because it basically forces you to eat the 0 point proteins. What if I want something other than fish or chicken breasts? Tough luck – and they took away at least a 3rd of my points.

Thank you, I love this magazine for great recipe ideas, new products and I also snagged Readers Digest for $2.00 for a year.

    Thank you!

I completed all of the info they asked for except the business phone #. Sometimes it will let you type the first # & nothing else or it accepts no numbers. This also happened last time I tried to get this magazine. What’s up?

  16. Michelle

Thank you! I started in January. I love Freestyle. I’ve lost 20 pounds so far. I was concerned about the Freestyle program because of all the 0 point meat/chicken and fat free/sugar free stuff, but I don’t eat meat and am doing clean eating, using full fat and sugar (when I eat it) and I’m still losing so I’m a fan. 🙂
