Figures, my luck!! I just bought this stuff today!
My purcase total before coupons and Cartwheel was $15.45
However, the Target Cashier in Philadelphia told me that I can use only the cartwheel or $5GC coupon, not both.
When I went to Customer Service, she scanned the $5GC coupon from my Target app and told me that I did not have enough products to be eligible for the GC.
Just a headsup to others who might face the same issue.
