Target had these on clearance a week or so ago at their Katy, Tx store and they were thirty percent off bringing the cost down to about $80.00. my daughter has one and I am impressed with the way plants grow so quickly. I was tempted at the reduced cost but even so it is an expensive way to grow herbs and lettuce and the gadget does require a bit of babysitting as in “feed me” or “water me” and the food and replacement pods are quite expensive/
We bought the pod inserts in bulk and used our own seeds to cheaping up the cost.

I got one of these as a gift from my boyfriend’s father years ago and absolutely loved it. I kept fresh basil growing all year long. However, when the boyfriend and I split, he got the AeroGarden. I’m still bummed about it. Wish I saw them at Target for $80. I would have been all over it!
