The low noise feature is unbelievable and the HEPA filter option for allergy folks is great. It takes about 50 hours of sweeping before you need a new filter and bag which you can toss out and refill like a snap. Every tool, head, cord, etc., clicks together solid. Stores easily in hall closet. Talk about engineering–very good for the middle of the road price. I highly recommend this.
We live in an 1100 square foot 2 story town home and this vacuum is absolutely PERFECT for us. We have hardwood floors and tile throughout most of our home with carpet on the stairs and upstairs hallway. The hard wood floor attachment is absolutely perfect for cleaning up debris and dust off the floors, I can pretty much make our broom an outdoor tool only now. The turbo head does an absolutely fantastic job on our low pile carpet and is maneuverable enough on the stairs to vacuum the stairs. The vacuum is quiet, super light weight and portable and has just the right amount of attachments for our needs and incredible suction power.
This is the lightest vacuum I have ever owned. I hated canister vacs before because they always seemed bulky and were difficult to maneuver around furniture. This is not the case for this one. It gets all the dirt and rocks up on my carpet and hardwood floors. The fact that it is lightweight allows my two children to use it. Which is a plus for me. Highly recommend this for your home.
I don’t have this model, but I DO have a Miele and I can say, this brand is awesome. Over the years I have had many vacuums including Dyson, Kirby, Rainbow, Hoover, Bissell, etc. Miele is by far the BEST of the bunch!

Miele is the best vacuum. Hands down. They never make their bags obsolete, it’s so quiet! And mine has taken several tumbles down a full flight of steps. Hard wood.
Its had ONE issue in 9 years. Cost $30 to fix. And it was directly related to (another) tumble down the steps.
It works as well as the day I got it.
