But the “Rimmel “coupon never work

    • Lana

They would not take mine because they would not scan. Now I remember why I don’t shop at Wally World. Cover girl coupon same thing.

I do like shopping at Walmart, but recently it has been a real
coupon-unfriendly place. If I have a decent coupon, thatโ€™s the last place I take it.

Same. I stood at the register for HALF AN HOUR with my Covergirl $6/2 coupons because the cash register wouldn’t take them and the cashier was waiting on a manager who apparently didn’t mind keeping a customer waiting. I ended up putting it all back except the eye liner which was needed. Angry I paid full price for it tho. Not doing couponing at Walmart anymore sadly ๐Ÿ™

        Same here.

Our Walmart has no problem taking coupons from newspaper insert. I just used one $3 off revlon and it went through fine. But using a print-at- home coupon? Oy! It’s like pulling teeth!

Whoa! Definitely gonna go check this out at walmart!

  4. Pauline

I was able to use my $3 Rommel coupons! The clerk had to manually load them though. Nothing is ever easy at Walgreens!!

Oh wow what an awesome find! I will definitely be checking my store tomorrow! Thanks so much!

Got me some free make up earlier. Was hoping I get free lipstick too

What about self checkout? That’s usually how I don’t get hassled or a cashier that looks at me like I’m robbing the store and calls a manager over because I have a highvalue coupon. Do they work on self checkout?

  8. Jenni

I would try self checkout. They have a 10 coupon limit before a customer service person has to come over and look and they have a 5.00 off coupon limit. If you stay away from both of those, the self check out is the way to go.

The hassles are the one thing you can count on at walmart and it doesnt have to be coupons!!!
tThere are a lotta reasons wjy they are at THE BOTTOM of the list for customer service. nasty.

No Rimmel markdowns at my Walmart. I used quite a few of those $6 Cover Girl coupons at my local Walmart since there were also Ibotta Cover Girl rebates I could pair them with. Each coupon had to be approved by a manager because they do have a coupon redemption limit per transaction that I generally try to stay under. I was told $6, but it could be $5. I just spaced out my transactions. And yes, sometimes the manager was being pulled in so many directions, it took them a while to get there. I find I have an easier time in the self check out. So far the folks I’ve dealt with in that area in my store are so friendly and helpful! And I have left a half -full basket of groceries behind in this same store in the past because they would not take more then 4 coupons from me.
