Hello Meryl! Susie is correct. The percentage off will be taken after all EBs are applied, but you will still be able to generate the new EB. You should definitely be able to score some better than free makeup! Hope this helps 🙂
Yes, % off works on reg price items that generate eb’s. % is now calculated after all manuf & store q’s, as well as eb’s. So if you have a $5 eb, and you buy something that’s $15, 40% will calculate off $10.
Yes, if you are using a %off coupon, it is applied after the extra bucks. But you should still be able to earn the new extra bucks!

Yes it shows me the extra bucks that I have them and when they will expire but how do I get the cashier to ring them up for me if I dont have the receipt? It shows I haven’t used them it would be a shame if they just go to waste . Oh well thank you lady’s very much
If they show in your a/c, they may show up when you check out and give the cashier your card. I would ask when checking out or ask before, if they aren’t busy.
Hi Maria. You can reprint your EB by sign in to your account. Click on the EB that you want to print. Write down the Sequence No. Then you click on this link https://www.cvs.com/weeklyad/common/ec_print_coupon.jsp?ec=
Then type the Sequence No after this link, ( next to ec= ), then enter. The EB will appear, you print it out and use it in store.

In the past, I was able to call CVS Customer Service and had them reissue my Extra Bucks because I had lost them. They made me wait until the unused Extra Bucks expired and then reissued them to me. You can try giving them a call to see if they will do the same for you.
Unfortunately it can’t be reprinted as of now but what I did when I lost mine was use it to buy beauty items when they have free shipping and that way at least it counts towards beauty and it’s not a complete lost

CVS doesn’t do a price adj like, say Target. You will have to return the item, get a refund and they’ll ring up a new transaction.
If you return food they HAVE to throw it away. Please don’t do it because it’s not their fault and shouldn’t lose money for this. Same with grocery stores. Any food and drug item you bring back gets thrown away because they can’t resell it. If it was bad, that’s one thing, buying something by accident or anything like that will cost the store money and we shouldn’t have them suffer because something we did. FYI….
She’s not asking to flat out return the item. I would have told her them same thing, that the store won’t be able to resell it. But as long as she’s repurchasing the SAME item, it’s just a wash. I bought a box of oatmeal once, it was tagged $1.99, but rang up reg price. Didn’t realize til I was home looking over my receipt. Next day I went back with the box, told the cashier (tags were still up). Since they don’t do an ‘even exchange’ through the register, she did a return and I received a refund (got cash b/c I paid with my debit card). Then she rang up the item and price adj to $1.99. I paid with the cash she gave me kept the remainder.

Quick question! I know CVS has made some changes as to how they are applying their coupons recently. Does anyone know which order the % off and $$ off are applied? I have a 30% off total purchase coupon and a $10 off $40 that I want to use but I want to plan my trip out first. Thanks!
% off is calculated after ALL q’s, including store & manuf. So if your total is $40, use $10/40 and let’s say $10 in q’s and $10 in EBs, then % off will apply towards $10. That’s if the $40 is just regular priced items. If you have sale items in there, then there will be some prorating of the eb’s and $10/40 across all items, then your % will apply to the remaining balance. It’s pretty tricky to get an accurate calculation that way. So if possible, use the % by itself, preferably with no q’s & eb’s to get the max deduction.
