Thanks for the feedback! We bought one for my daughter as she has braces now and I will say it was quite fun to figure out how best to use it! LOL! I’ll just say there was water on the ceiling for that first attempt! She is a pro now! 😉

My son uses this for his palate expander and it has been great!!

This may be a silly question, but can this be shared between spouses or children by using different heads? I have never used one before.

Bonnie, it says it comes with six heads. So, each person can just take the top off and put their own nozzle on it – short answer, yes. Its nice to have that option!

Thank you, Norma! That is very helpful!

I was really to see this at a great price, but when I checked, too many 1 star reviews on problems from shipped product, how poorly it worked, on length of working, basally everything. AND, very short return policy.

I love this one. I bought at Christmas and use it at least twice a day. It does cut off about half way to remind you to put more water before it is empty. I usually just turn it back on and stop before the water empties.

Our ortho recommended the waterpik fla-220 power flosser. It’s $10 on Amazon. You do have to buy replacement tips, they’re about $10 for 60. You replace after every use. I started using it too and LOVE it! We tried the water one but my son couldn’t get the hang of it and water was flying everywhere. I’m sure this works great just offering another suggestion!

I have the black waterpik brand one that I bought over 1 year ago from best buy of all places. it came with multiple tips so that you could share the waterpik with 2 other users or anyone with braces. It’s been working great since I got it, it does take some getting used in the beginning – at first I sprayed water all over my mirror and counters – so you have to learn how to hold it so the excess water goes into the sink. I feel like it really helps clean the spaces between your teeth more than just brushing does. I’d recommend the waterpik brand.

actually the one rainbow linked above is the one i have and I’d recommend.
