They cancelled my order also but when I saw this recent post I called Michaels to see if they were back in stock before ordering and since no FREE shipping I will pick up in store
Can I use the coupon more then once in store?
You can if you have more ‘people’ with you. I brought my kids and we each used a coupon. Just make copies of how many you need. Got 60% off each item.
I brought my mom last time and brought 2 copies of the coupons. We went up to the cashier together and asked to do 2 transactions because we have 2 people and we would like to use 2 coupons. The cashier gave us a hard time claiming that we shouldn’t have done that. I asked to complain to her manager and she said she is the manager so I complaint to her, which is useless. They were not even big purchases, more like $10 things became $4 after coupons. I shopped at Michael’s all the time but this experience turned my craft shopping to Joann, Walmart, Target and Amazon as much as I can.
I would just go up to the register separately, especially if you see this grump again. Odds are she hates working there and may be gone soon.

Yes I was able to use this coupon multiple times and got shipped to store for free
My pencil order has now been cancelled for the 2nd time (I bought it for in-store pickup).
I placed 2 separate orders for the pencils (right before they cancelled the coupon code stating it was invalid for the item!) and both are ready for pickup.
I did store pick up last time (shipping option was sold out) and had no issues. Just placed another order today for store pick up again 🙂
I was able to use the coupon on the Digiloom (a $49.99 item and after coupon $20) and it was shipped to my home for free. My total order was $20 plus tax. I think it registered the pre-coupon price for free shipping. Thank you!
