I believe this was an error. Expect cancellation. Ordered and received email that it was cancelled 2 hours later, due to coupon error.

Earlier today, I successfully ordered a putty for store pick-up and just received an email stating, “We would like to inform you that your order has not been processed due to an issue with the coupon(s). The coupon was either invalid or did not meet the minimum requirements.”
spent three hours 🙁 1 hour for placing an online order three times because I keep getting coupon error so they cancelled it three times 1 hour for calling customer service and live chat, who had made me repeat same thing over and over 1 hour at the store, after locating that had the supply. Only to find out that Staples had misprinted this promo or some kind of technical error on their side. So They Cancelled all order and made it sound like the consumers fault of using the wrong coupon ???!!!! I most likely will not be shopping with Staples 90% of times in the future. Their customer service is going down the drain as well. and they don’t own up to their faults.

Placed order, great price! Went to store to pick up, order had been cancelled and store would not honor price. Associates not very helpful besides to give me customer service number. Called and rep would not honor price as there was an error in their system. Lost a customer Staples!
