I am getting “This code is not eligible for current selections”
Are you using the right code from Groupon? You have to view the voucher and it says “redemption code” – there are no dashes in it.
Amanda, I had one little glitch of needing to add a couple “extras” like chocolates or an extra card or pin to each order so that my subtotal would reach $40 before the Groupon code would go through. But at the very end, I was able to remove the extra items with no problem using the “edit” option, and the total was just like she said, 97 cents! Kinda quirky, but it worked.
Happened to me…go to your groupon and click the link to “redeem”….then add the roses to your cart… if you add the roses first then paste in the code it will not work! hope this helps!

Need to figure out what’s wrong. I bought the Groupon. Then went to ProFlowers, searched , put in my cart the exact flowers with vase included. But when I enter my voucher it says cant use with this item???
Make sure you are using the right Groupon code. Not the one with the dashes. I figured this out when placing my order.
Initially I had the same issue too! When you go to your shopping cart and before you “proceed to checkout” there’s a SPECIAL CODE section on the bottom. When I put the voucher code in this one it worked. Hope it works for you too!

I got this error also, but just retyped my code and moved to the checkout page. On my confirmation page it was a bit confusing but I could see on the left side $40 was being applied by the Groupon code and my credit card was only being billed $4.55. Hope this helps.

I just got it to work and it cost me a little over $18 for everything total!
Buy the Groupon and then go to ProFlowers through the link in the Hip2Save ad. Type in the code 30258667 and then be sure to select a delivery date (if it is for Mothers Day the delivery is more expensive on Friday and Saturday). Go to the Code box and type in your Groupon code. Subracts $40 from your total!
I had to pay tax too so mine came to $3.43. Still not bad for 2 dozen Rose’s and a case! $18.43 total. 😁

Hi Laura- I just did this deal too, and was thrown off by the “Your Savings $19.99.” BUT, after I whipped out my calculator, I realized that that’s JUST the difference between the normal price of the flowers and the sale price of the flowers. NOT the total savings with the Groupon applied. My card was only charged $8.97 in addition to the $40 Groupon, and that’s because I paid extra for rush delivery tomorrow. Hope that helps you!

Doreen, it will say ‘special code’ in multiple spots where you can enter the code. Do not wait until the last page as this might mess with your browser.
Whenever you get to order confirmation it will have a line in the middle that shows you how much the coupon was applied for and how much you have to pay via credit card. Its a bit confusing! The emailed invoice has it much better listed!

Did the groupon twice. First to my Mom and it only cost me 99 cents above the $15 groupon voucher so 15.99 in total. Then the 2nd one I sent to my Mil and it taxed me and had to pay 4.25 plus the $15 voucher for a 19.25 total. Great deals either way!

Worked great when I did the following things…..use something instead of Chrome. It was giving me a problem. Then there are some special code section before you get to check out. Put your Redemption code in there (it was giving me errors when I got to the end and put it in). It is your redemption code not your voucher number. I did it twice and worked great when I did those things.
The order went surprisingly easy. I was anticipating problems since some people had issues. Although I will say I wish someone had mentioned the upcharge for Mothers Day delivery. It was an additional $14.99 on top of the $12.99 so I had to had them delivered tomorrow.
