Yay! We’ve been wanting to join! How does the vudu thing work? Do you have to already have it or can you stream on a laptop?
Vudu is awesome! It’s basically a virtual platform to hold any of your digital films, as well as a storefront to purchase/rent movies. You can download the app onto a Roku box or Apple TV, tablet, or phone. You can also access it from any internet browser too. When we first started using Vudu I rounded up all of our dvds, etc and started looking to see if there were any digital codes that came with and was surprised to see that many had them included. It’s nice to have those movies now in the virtual library. I also discovered that there are lots of online stores and Google groups where people sell their codes for less. We eventually got rid of buying physical discs all together. Vudu’s rentals and movie prices can vary, but check out their deals tab- they always have some good ones. I also recommend first doing a net search for any movies you’d like to add to get the best price. I recommend uvspider.com – you can search for a movie you want to purchase and then it will list several online retailers who are selling the code, and most of the time for far less than retail. You just take that code and follow the instructions from the vendor (most you’d go straight to your vudu account and add it). Sorry for this super long response lol. I wish I had known all this before. It’s nice to build a collection for less and also know it doesn’t have to be lugged around or stored in our house.

Has anyone else done this deal yet? I just did mine about an hour ago and already got the gift card email except it was for $20 not $10. I haven’t had a Sam’s club membership associated with that email since 2016…

The regular membership (the one that I have) offers online shopping & you just let them know what date & time you’ll be there to pick it up. I really like this

I signed up for the gift car/pizza/vudu membership deal last week. The clerk said I’d get an email about the VUDU credit, but so far nothing. Should I be waiting on an email or should I have been given a card or something? Anyone know?
Hi Jim! Yes, that is correct. You will receive that credit via email. Here is what the details list on that offer – “Vudu credit will be sent via email as a unique voucher code 7–10 days after membership activation to the same email used to activate the Sam’s Club membership.” Hope this helps!
It says above in the posting that the promotional value expires 6/18/2018 yet the deal continues to be available until 6/21/2018? I’m not sure if I’m misreading something?

I signed up online today. Should I be receiving emails or is my Sams considered activated? Or do I need to go to Customer service in the club? Also when or how will receive the e gift card and promotional items? Thanks!
Hi there! Once you purchase the promotion, the email confirmation will be sent with the membership number and with the instructions for how to activate it. Once you have activated the membership you will be able to request your membership card at the service desk
The Sam’s Club gift card will be sent between 7-10 business days to the email used when the membership is activated, and the vudu credit will be sent up to 15 business days, via email. Hope that helps! 🙂
I signed up for this deal and have had immense trouble with it. The gift card was for 20, not 10. The pizza was not loaded onto my card, and I have yet to see the VUDU credit. I sent a second email to sams about this just now. It kind of seems like I got signed up for the wrong benefits package.
My only issue is the Vudu credit. I haven’t received it yet or kinda concerned that I could have potentially deleted it. Good luck!
I got my new membership with this deal in May and have not received any of the deal items offered. Who do I contact to fix this? Sam’s Club said they are not part of this deal. it’s a third party involved. Thanks in advance for the help.
So sorry you’re having trouble with the bonuses, Randy! They would have been loaded directly to your Sam’s Club account and are generally only valid for 30 days, so if you purchased in May, they may no longer be there. Do you still have your email confirmation that lists the extras? If so maybe try emailing Sam’s Club customer service directly. Hope that helps!
