I have these and they are great. The lids stay on very well and you can turn them upside down & sideways and they don’t leak or mix your foods.
Please donât microwave plastic. Even âmicrowave safeâ plastic releases chemicals into your food
We meal prep every week and didnât like these. The lids didnât stay on well and we found that the bases cracked. âšď¸
My husband and I have very busy schedule, but we still want to have healthy home cooked meals instead of fast food during our lunch time. I have owned many meal prep containers before, but this “Homgeek” brand is so far my favorite portion containers. I love the three compartments design which are included of one of 16 oz portion and two of 8 oz portions, so I could put various kinds of food in one box. They are very convenient to use because of freezer, dishwasher (top rack), and microwave safe. These containers are made of thick BPA free material, so they are very sturdy and safe to use. The seal absolutely keeps the three compartments separated, so there isn’t any leaking or spilling in my lunch boxes. Moreover, I also love how easily the containers stack nicely in my fridge and cabinet, so they don’t take a lot of space. I highly recommend this “Homgeek” meal prep containers to any family.
Finally got organized!!! These are so great for lunches and freezing up meals for those nights when I don’t feel well enough to cook. I have progressive MS, and it can be rough waking up some days with no energy at all. My husband and a friend help me cook & prep meals for the week so that we don’t end up going out and spending on fast food or expensive restaurant meals! There’s plenty of room in each section for any type of meal. I even prep breakfast quiches or McD’s style egg mcmuffin breakfast sandwiches with some fresh fruit and yogurt, or do a deconstructed breakfast burrito with all the fixin’s! I purchased the single compartment trays too for casseroles, enchiladas, lasagna, chili, shepherd’s pie, stew, pasta, etc. for family style freezer meals. I’ll fill all three of these compartments with salad and bought the little dressing cups to send along too! These are not as flimsy as some reviews have stated. They’re lightweight, so if you handle them carefully you’ll get lots of life out of these babies! Hubby loves them, so that’s perfect for me! Highly recommend these if you want to prep your week…these are awesome!!! đ
These meal prep containers are awesome. They fit together nicely for when I have to store them in my cabinets. They stack nicely in the fridge. They have a good amount of room inside of them. Im low carbing so I needed the spots deep enough to actually fit some meat in there!
My only con is that they are sort of thin. But this is my 2nd time ordering meal prep containers and these are sticker than the other brand I ordered!
Also they held up fine in the dishwasher. As I ran them through the dishwasher before I packed them!
Works perfect for what we need. Lids fit on secure and do not seem to be an issue as long as you are mindful when putting them on. I can see them cracking if you are rough putting them on and off. 15 year old son uses them for school lunches and loves them. I have not tried them with soupy/thinner sauces but I do not see them staying in their separate compartments as they are not sealed in between. As far as the outside edge sealing goes, just filled one with water. sealed the edges really well and it does “drip” out but does not pour out. Leads me to believe that a thinner type sauce would be fully fine… no sauces are as liquid as water so will be fine. Great product and would buy again.

So I got this product to pack lunch for my kids and my husband. I can say truly this is a very sturdy quality product that I received. The best part about this is it is microwave safe and dishwasher safe so I could reuse this multiple times. I also like the fact that it has 3 different compartments to it where you can separate and put a little bit of salad a little bit of fruit and the main meal in there. I can say this is worth every penny.
This is my third set of meal prep boxes from various sellers/companies. The first one was pretty good and lasted a while, the second set was absolute garbage. This set seems to be pretty good so far. The plastic seems pretty sturdy and didn’t have any problems when it was delivered. The lids close well and don’t make a lot of noise when I open them (This was a major issue with the old ones, they sounded like I was running a trash compactor). I haven’t tried putting these through the dishwasher yet. I will do that this week and ill update the review if things go horribly wrong. Otherwise I’m pretty satisfied with these boxes!
I ordered this initially and wasn’t completely satisfied with my order. There seemed to be a problem with how tight the lids fit for the containers. customer service immediately gets a 5/5. They contacted me without me having to contact them. They successfully organized a replacement that had improve lids. The product is definitely what you pay for and certainly does the job. I used these bento boxes to meal prep my lunches for the week. These are perfect for stacking in terms of organizing in your refrigerator. Great price, great product. I will be buying again along with recommending to my friends.
