I bought this last time and was disappointed. The steps tracking was all over the place. The sleep tracking was very inaccurate. Some nights it didn’t record anything. Another night it said I was asleep at a certain time even though I was awake and playing video games ( which requires movement of my wrists so it should know I’m not asleep).
Exactly the same here. 😏😞
The reviews seem very mixed. Has anyone tired this?
Oops. I just bought this for my son who is getting obsessed with staying active and moving around so he knows when to stop. Maybe i should cancel.
My company gave these out before Christmas to keep us active during the holidays. Is it perfect?… No, but I will tell you that for $20 it’s not bad. If you want to spend $100+ then you will get better for the money you spend, but you won’t get perfect there either. If it’s just about accountability, being more active, or challenging yourself then why not for $20? In the end the only thing that matters is being more active. Nothing will change if it counts 4 steps instead of 3. If it makes you move more, and you lose a few pounds then it was worth every dollar! 😁
I literally got out of bed and put on my robe and it said I had taken over a hundred steps. We aren’t complaining about a minor miscalculation.
Also given your terrible argument, if it counts 4 steps for every three, by the end of the day if you are working towards the recommended 10,000, you only actually took 7,500. That’s a gigantic difference and will make a difference in weight loss and heart health.
I will have to agree with Nicole, I bought one thinking well it’s only $20 knowing it wasn’t going to be as nice or accurate as the name brands but is still an awesome buy. It looks very nice, quilty is great, very easy to use! It is only a few steps off from my iphone counter and my husbands fitbit which I wore at the same time. As far as sleep goes, again it was right there with the fitbit. And at the end of the day it gets you moving more and for a lot less. I bought the purple one about a month ago and have had no issues with it hope this helps:)
I have this one. I paid $30 for it and I think it is well worth $30. I had a Fitbit HR Charge prior to this one. I am getting similar reading/steps/sleep, I think it is fairly accurate. I’ve had it since Nov, and there was a learning curve, but it is easy to set up and the app is user friendly. For $20, I think it is a great deal! Good luck!
I bought one of these last time they were on sale because I wanted a Fitbit but wasn’t sure if I wanted to pay top dollar for one. I like it well enough so far although I don’t think the sleep tracker is too accurate. It does motivate me to get up and move, and I love the buzz on my wrist when I hit my step count. Charge lasts for around 4 days.
I wish the BodyBugg had stayed in business. It was truly perfect. I set my goal to lose 2lbs per week and did just that for 31 weeks until I hit my goal of 60lbs. It was an amazing tool. A month after I hit goal, I got pregnant and it all went to hell in a hand basket. 6 years later and I am miserable and unhealthy yet again. Even more so.
My daughters & I have these & they work fine for us. We had a problem with one when it arrived, but the company replaced it free of charge.
