Really bummed – went to use my Kohl’s card to get the 30% off today. I rarely shop at Kohl’s and my card did not work. They told me they automatically cancel cards that are not used for 24 months. I received no notice of this and will not open another card with them.

That’s common if you don’t use the card. I find there luggage overpriced compared to other stores.
Most companies do cancel your cards if they’ve been inactive. It is probably in the terms when you sign up. I think it’s a good thing.
I need to take a vacation now that I have nice luggage!
I travel a lot for business. I only buy luggage at Costco. They will take it back anytime if it is damaged. Wheels and handles are usually not covered by the warranty- no problem at Costco!
