    Anyone knowing it has to be separate receipts for each submission? Or if you have 10 on one receipt can you get 2?

      Purchase 5 packages of participating products* in one or multiple transactions at participating stores between 1/1/18 and 6/30/18. Retain your receipt. The way this reads you could end up with a receipt for every product purchased

      Says on fandango website in fine print, one reward per submission. So I’m not sure if that would work, but I could be wrong

      I just called them its 5 items you buy on one receipt. You can turn in up to 4 receipts. You cant buy 10 items for 2 rewards. Its 5 qualifying items per recipt.

      That’s not what she’s asking. On Fandango’s website it says in the fine print one reward per receipt submission. So I’m assuming you would need to submit for two rewards separately..instead of all 10 on the same receipt. But I could be wrong. I know when I did the movie ticket deal it had to be separate

    In reading the fine print it says something about participating retailers I believe I wonder if there are exclusions I can’t seem to find anything about a list of retailers I assume major retailers would all be inclusive?

    Has anyone submitted for this yet, and was it successful? I’m always leery when I see a terrific rebate offer that says, “while supplies last”.

      I purchased the Duncan Hines brownie mix from Walmart because they were only $1.00 each so cheaper than Target but I got my Birds Eye bags from Target because they had the .99 cent bags of Broccoli cuts whereas WM did not have but the big bags for over $2. I did the 4 transactions and so far have received 1 approval and waiting for the other 3 so fingers crossed

    I submitted 3 receipts on 5/19. till now their status is Pending Review. All are in same status.
    They said will be reviewed 48 hours but 96 hours completed. nothing happened.

    My also says pending since 5-22,I have emailed them but have not heard back. I also did the dr pepper 5.00 movie ticket deal twice on 5-24 and that says pending also.

      be ware if you made purchase at target. they combine same items purchase into one line. for example, you bought 2 bags sweat peas bag, it will show birds eye $1.98, 2 @ $0.99 ea. so system can’t process this automatic. if you want to get your visa card automatic, you need to buy 5 different birds eye items instead.

    I’m having the hardest time getting a response from them. I’ve submitted my receipt 3 times, each time receiving a response saying they will get back to me in 48 hours. I tried to contact Customer Support, but am not able to get through to them either. So frustrating!!!

    This is so frustrating. I submitted a week ago and nothing… emailed them, and nothing. I did 2 rounds, I should have only done one to start. For anyone that hasn’t done it yet… don’t! Doesn’t seem to be worth it.

    Has anyone tried hitting them up on facebook for an explanation of their unresponsiveness? (I would, but I don’t have a facebook account, and when I tried to sign up, they wanted me to scan a picture of my drivers license to prove my identity – uh, NOPE!).

    I submitted two receipts on May 21st. It said I would receive the $5 VISA Reward in 48 hours. It’s eight days later, and my account still says “receipts pending.” It appears the only way to contact them is via an online form, which I just did now. Bummer that this didn’t work as advertised…usually don’t have this problem on Hip2Save.

    Submitted my receipts from Target 05/19 and emailed them last week and NOTHING. Really poorly run this one was. I’m gonna be upset if I bought frozen broccoli for nothing! 🙂 Just kidding. LOL. Still a decent price but my garden is starting to flourish.

    I just called the number above. 877-312-0676 they were Very nice. They reviewed my receipts and were sure i did them correctly. I had what your suppose to do 5 participating items per receipt. Up to 4 receipts. Today it Sunday June 9th i called about 5pm ? I live in Fl. I just turned my receipts inJune 8th but wanted to try that number and see if i did what i was suppose to do correctly. I will report back if and when i get my rewards.

    Does this $5 work. I submitted 2 weeks ago just 5 items in one receipt; Still they don’t process the receipt
    It says ‘pending review’ . They acknowledged they will process within 48 hours; But never did anything
    Is this a scam?
    I even emailed them; no response

      Aline, I just got off the phone (use the # Joyce listed above). I think the issue is that (like the others) I bought 5 of the same product and it listed them on one line at Target. The lady (Debra) I spoke to was wonderful. She had the capability of looking at my receipts and saw they were valid. She said that she would escalate the issue as they had the capability of forcing things through, and she said she’d email me when they were ready to use. Fingers crossed.

    A ray of hope – I bought 10 items on May 18th and 10 on the 19th, and today out of the blue, I got an email with the two VISA rewards for the items on the 18th!

      Did you happen to call, Jake, to prompt it? Yeah, maybe since a few others I see have called somebody actually did a little investigative work and probably found all these backlogged receipts! I know the lady I spoke to yesterday was surprised as well that it had not cleared. Very odd.

        I didn’t call but I did email way back on May 24th. Also – I was able to use the gift cards on Amazon. I added one as a new payment option, then used it to “reload” my gift card balance to add $5 credit to my amazon account, then deleted the visa card from my payment options. Repeated it with the second visa card.
