Barnes & Noble charges/puts a hold on the entire amount upon ordering, and again when the item(s) ship. After the whole order has shipped ,or one week, whichever is first, they will then release the “hold” on the initial amount paid. It’s company policy. I just wanted to let you know.
I miss the $2 sale manager told me they discounted them as people waited to buy things on sale but I went about 2 months ago and they brought it back so I am hoping they do it again this month
