I do pools for a living. If it is fresh water. It is fine. A lot better than getting into a commercial pool or spa that has been treated by chemicals. I would say empty it out when done for the day.

If that grosses you out, then just think about how the skin is your biggest organ and it absorbs things right into your bloodstream!
