    I am a fan!!! I did weight watchers 10 years ago. I lost weight, but I was “HANGRY” all the time! I started the WW freestyle program in February and I have lost 20 pounds and counting. I am not hungry on this new plan and it works!! This is a sustainable way of life! I have been telling everyone about it.

    I am on the fence regarding joining. Isn’t it hard to track what you are eating? I find that’s my challenge.

      I think it’s pretty easy, you can search food…or they have a section where you can look at almost every restaurant and their menu. You can also scan item’s UPC codes In the app and it automatically adds it. Plus you don’t really even have to track any of the zero point foods you eat, so when I snack that encourages me to pick up something healthier!

    I started WW on April 2nd (after reading a Hip2Save post) and I’ve lost 19 lbs! It is the easiest way of losing weight I’ve ever tried!!! And I’m never hungry because I always have the option to eat healthy food for zero points (fruit, veggies, chicken breasts). There’s also a tab on the app called “Connect” and it’s like WW’s social network. It is SO inspirational seeing people’s posts and stories and keeps me going!

      I agree with acemama!! I started in February and have lost 20 lbs (from 144lbs to 124lbs) and it is the EASIEST program I have ever done. I can’t say enough good about this program. I was just thinking this morning that I hope they never change this plan. It has been so easy and nearly effortless for me. The app is amazing and tracking is simple. If you are on the fence, do it. I would say the best thing to come from me doing it, is that it has actually taught me how to eat. When you see how high point some foods are, you make better choices. 🙂

    there are many other reasons people gain weight besides junk food. your post just sounds kind of mean and judgmental and isn’t necessary. especially because it is pretty common knowledge if you eat at those places all of the time it’s unhealthy. thanks though, captain obvious 😉

    My husband and I just joined last week and so far we are in love. We’ve been talking about losing weight, but the thought was so overwhelming. We didn’t know much about Weight Watchers when we joined, but we have had many friends have success on it. We both love it and have never been more committed to losing weight. We’re both so happy and are beginning our new lifestyle. And we’ve both lost weight in our first week! I highly recommend it!

    It looks like the veggie steamer and egg cooker are made of plastic 😣 I would not recommend cooking anything in plastic these days, even if it says microwave safe!!

    First I want to start off by saying congratulations to all of you on your success! I know how hard it can be each day! I have been struggling with my weight for years. I just recently had a back injury so the weight came back on. I am looking for a program that can assist me in my weight loss goals and hearing your success stories is very encouraging! Which program would you recommend the online or the meetings?

      I have serious back problems and can’t exercise much myself. I’ve lost 30 pounds since January and it’s really easy to do with the freestyle program. I suggest doing the program with meetings. Going to at least one meeting a week helps keep you accountable and helps get your mind set for the next week. Good luck!
