This is weird, I couldn’t used the codes, I tried to chat with the agents, but they said that code for privacy used only. Which mean only person who got email from them can used it.
Sorry but FYI – its best not to contact customer service because then nobody else can use the code, sale, deal, glitch or whatever it is.
If the code is supposed to be for private use then encouraging people to keep using it while hiding that from the company is fraudulent. So if someone is having trouble then it is perfectly reasonable for them to contact customer service – either the code is public and it won’t affect anyone else, or the code is private and they are flagging it to the company so the company can make sure their offers are used only as intended. It’s the right outcome either way, even if it means some people miss out on a deal (since they shouldn’t have had access to it anyway).
@Wehaf_FYI _I didn’t encourage anyone anything! If you don’t like something, don’t use it. No one is forcing you.
