Excellent customer service with this company. I bought my husband the one in the top pic years ago for his coffee during deer hunting (which is only 10 days a year). The first couple days he used it, the handle broke. He zip tied it together and kept using it for a few years… then I noticed the lifetime warranty and called the company. They happily and immediately replaced it.
