Beware! I did this deal last night, received an order number on the website, but never received a confirmation email. Checked my account this morning and there is no record of my order, but I have a charge on my credit card. Calling customer service today to figure it out. I received my order confirmation this evening – weird! Unfortunately, the pop of pink that I ordered was canceled because it is no longer available. However, it looks like all the freebies are still being processed with my order. Crossing my fingers!
I can’t get the Beachy nudes collection to add to my cart, been trying since yesterday 🤔

I tracked my order through the Lord & Taylor website and noticed 3 of my free items weren’t there. I called customer service at Lord & Taylor and they claim they can’t even find the order., even though I can track it on their website. The payment is pending and the website is showing an estimated delivery date. The phone rep first said that the order didn’t go through and was never processed, then she said their computers are going through an upgrade and she can’t see that the order was processed. This is the first time I’ve ordered from Lord & Taylor…. Does anyone know if this is typical? I’m just wondering if I should expect my order if it will probably be canceled. :0(
I am a regular online customer of lordand taylor. I usually don’t get confirmation email instantly but i do get it after a day or two.
