Is cvs coupon policy is changed? Useally if I purchase item with coupon and in with reason when we return item I use to get coupon value in cvs money card. Today my store manger put coupon value in money card and keep that for store use. She is not giving to me even in return receipt it mention that xxx.xxx in money card
    Is anybody know about this?

That does not sound right. I would chat with customer service. They can bring up the receipt and see it while you ask them questions.

For a while stores here only give back what you pay in cash. You lose all Ebs. But no one else gets them. It is not right to put your used coupons on a money card, then keep it for themselves. Sounds like cashiers are doing something fishy

yes,it seems to be changed…today i read about it on another couponing site….there seems to be some changes in policy

Wow! It doesn’t sound legit to me either! I just returned like 4 products last night, all I used coupons and ecb, I got the full value in cvs money card, no problems at all

Pao, Did they do your return as “No Receipt”? I returned something about a month ago I used coupon and extra bucks on and CVS tried to give me like 6 cents. Of course I barked at that. They said the only way they could give me the amount the item was on the receipt, is to process as no receipt. I did it but didn’t like that is how it went down since I had my receipt and it was within return period.

I think cashiers just aren’t trained well when it comes to returns. What happens is most cashiers stop at the first screen where it shows the OOP return, not knowing if they continue with the transaction, the screen prompts them to refund the remainder on a CVS Money card.
I bought some foundation a few wks ago and I did not like it. I finally got around to returning it last Friday. It was purchased with other items, but after all q’s & eb’s, my total was about $9. The foundation was $13.99. So I got $9 back in cash and $4.99 was put on a money card.

Yes dear, they always do my returns as no receipt when I pay with ecbs, they say it’s the only way the system lets them give me back the full amount
But they’re always very nice, I usually go to the same store all the time

I used my $3 off covergirl store coupon and MQs and $4 of $15 cosmetics. I bought 2 mascaras, a lip liner, and eyeshadow. Paid 46 cents for everything!
