Do they ever make exceptions about the Bachelor’s Degree? I have an Associates and plenty of experience mentoring/assisting children. Thanks!
There’s a company called: KWT English in which you don’t need a degree. I have done this with no issues. They only have schedules in the morning and night time. The pay is low though.. maybe around $10-$15 an hr.
How is compared to VipKids?
That’s what I was wondering too
I saw that they require 10 classes minimum per week, VIPKID has no minimum. Curious to what else is different
VIPKid’s pay rate is slightly higher (can go up to $22/hr) and they don’t require minimum courses
Is there a link to share?

I just used your referral code!
The great thing about Qkids is the curriculum is already laid out for you. There is very little prep time and you can request the level (grade) you want to teach. The trainers (staff) are wonderful to work with and they treat you like GOLD! In a lot of ways, they are similar but I think VipKids pays slightly more. However, at Qkids, you’ll get a full schedule immediately, whereas, with VipKids, the parents select you to teach. It could take months to get a full schedule. Tonight, I celebrated my 1,000th class and have been with Qkids for a year. I love them! I’m a stay-at-home-dad, and I create children’s books so this is a nice addition to that. The hours are flexible and July and August are super busy so we’re pulling in almost 30 hours a week plus bonuses! My referral code is YQNVSX. Feel free to reach out to me. I’ve even written about my experience in an ebook on Amazon.
Anyone familiar with or have any feedback regarding Qkids?
Has anyone completed the 60 second video clip yet?
I have been with them for 6 months with a full schedule and I absolutely love their class format vs other companies I have worked for.
Hi, what are their hours like in relation to Eastern Standard Time Zone? Thanks.
I’ve done this type of work before and it’s hard getting a full schedule. How’d your manage to do that? Did they create your classes for you?
I’d love to know the hours as well
The link says you need teaching or tutoring experience.
China is roughly a 12hr time difference from the US.
What are the available time slots?
7 days a week – Morning Eastern Time (AM – EST): 6:40-7:10, 7:20-7:50, 8:00-8:30, 8:40-9:10
Plus Friday and Saturday – Night Eastern Time (PM – EST): 8:40-9:10, 9:20-9:50, 10:00-10:30, 10:40-11:10, 11:20-11:50
I filled the form last night. To complete the process they ask for 60seconds video clip. Can anyone guide me what to include in the clip? And also I live in Mountain Standard Time, what are time slots typically? Appreciate your response!! Thanks in advance.
They are wonderful!! Look on YouTube and there are a ton of example videos. I live in MST as well. You pick the hours you are available, it’s early !
Thanks Aimee!!
