I just purchased a SimpliSafe entire home alarm system for $200 that includes a camera, door sensors, key fob, and key pad. Set up took less than 10 minutes and I can use the camera from an app on my phone. The system can be monitored by police, fire whatever and whenever with no contract. Otherwise the system just makes noise if breached.
