I did add Tidy Cats liter. I added enough to the cart that it was over $50, even after gift cards. Still no luck!
I would go to the last page of the checkout process to make sure it knows you are using the redcard, this will usually make you sign into your account if you aren’t already. After doing this, then try to input the code again and that should work.
If this doesn’t work, you will have to contact Target.com through phone or chat.
I actually received this coupon in the mail, and I’m sure I’m not the only one. Can you do a coupon match up for the best in store deal?!

I just ordered tidy cats litter and scoop away litter total 50.92 then after code and discounts it was $36.18 to my door! I didn’t do the gift cards but still a great deal on 200 lbs of cat litter IMO!!!
I ordered 6 Tidy Cats clumping lifter for a total of $45 after deducting the gift cards I will receive and the 15 off 50. Good enough considering it will save me having to haul it from the store!
