at Costco, full regular price for this last year was $1000. there’s a slightly updated modal (some different colors of plastic parts) there at Costco now, around $1000.

Yesterday we picked up a very similar item at our local Costco for $599 after the instant rebate of $200. But the item did not have the instant rebate on Thursday when we first spotted this playset.
