    I placed an order for a Fitbit and noticed on my confirmation e-mail that it did not state the brand name. When I emailed them (there’s no contact phone number) within the hour, I was told it was not a brand name watch and I would have to initiate a return instead of just canceling my order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Now I have to wait to receive the watch, email to get return instructions and labels, and take it to the post office to return. Ridiculous!

      Highly recommend you check out their BBB feedback prior to purchase, I had my cart full and decided to do some research on their company. Glad I didn’t pull the trigger…

      Jennifer take a screen shot of what you saw online that showed it was Fitbit. Report to your credit card refusing to pay since they did a bait and switch on you. Also report to your Better Business Bureau.

    I’m sorry other people have had bad experiences, but I just wanted to share that I’ve had great experiences with Blinq so far. I’ve placed about 5 orders with them for toys, baby items, and home decor over the past 2 years or so. Every order has been exactly as described / pictured on the site and in brand new condition in the original packaging. They also shipped very quickly. I might think twice about buying an electronic item based on the previous poster’s experience, but I hope situations like that aren’t common.

    Every order I’ve had from Blinq has been great! Exactly as described! I needed to return some swimsuits that didn’t work out and the return process was a breeze. The other items are on display around my house. I love Blinq!
