I just spoke to a manager in San Antonio Texas and he said I would have to show an email from Red Robin to qualify for the offer. I belong to the birthday club but I didn’t receive an email with these offers. 😞

If you dine in, the pay-at-the-table devices allow you to login to your rewards membership and the bill auto-adjusted. We did the milkshake deal yesterday 🙂 No coupons or manager issues at all.

I’m in San Antonio too. I was hoping to try to get the burger tonight. We’ll see how it goes. I do have an email that shows it.

Trying to order 2 tavern doubles and a kids meal and it is saying no rewards available. 🙁

Anyone else having trouble with it not appearing or disapperaing I should say? It was there earlier and now its gone from my account?

    • Diana

I have an email that says I have the free burger but it is not showing up in my rewards. I had not checked earlier if it was there.

Mixed feelings about red robin–customers for years..quality hit or miss. Very good or extremely disappointing
We learned after countless luke-warm french fries to ask for fries and salads to be delivered as soon as possible, since they are endless. Hamburgers, I always touch to see if hot…many times room temperature. Never a problem with using rewards we always scan our card. Generally, like red robin…we bought the Year of Yum promotion. I hope they straighten-out their store/product inconsistencies.

Slightly off-topic…W visited IHOP over the weekend. My wife had a birthday reward. She was able to substitute the rooty fruity promo for a turkeybacon//avocado wrap and I got a 6.99 classic burger. It’s been over 5 years since we’ve been to an IHOP…both of our meals rivaled red robin. Vast improvement.

Didn’t work for us. Oh well.

Oh bummer! Sorry to hear that! Were you able to speak with the manager of your store to be sure your location is participating?
