    I loved prime delivery when it first came out but now it just sucks! I never get everything I order. once two whole bags were left at the store and now everytime I go to order in the morning planning to have delivery by dinner they are booked out till the next day.

    I’ve ordered from them twice, using the promo both times. I didn’t know about the second one so that was a nice surprise. There were mistakes in both orders but they took care of it, so we’ll see. I did notice on my first order, when they sent the wrong size bag of chips (much smaller than what I paid for), they refunded me, but took a portion of the $10 promo (like $.69) when there was no reason to do so. I’d spent way above the minimum to receive it. This past week, they refunded me WAY TO MUCH for some meat that was wrong. I responded to their email to tell them. So far, the huge refund remains. I can’t decide if I should pursue it further, or just wait and let it balance out in the future, with the assumption there will be many more mistakes..They also sent another wrong bag of chips this week.. I’ve also found meat a little harder to order. I didn’t know how many pounds of ribs I wanted, I just knew I wanted 3 slabs. I had to guess weight which caused me to only get 2 slabs.
