My digital coupon wouldn’t come off yesterday. The lady tried every way she could. Size was correct, item was correct. She told me to call and see if they would give me a $3 ECB in place of it

Happened to me with the oxy clean deal. I ended up just buying a paper though it worked out because I got a bunch of free covergirl makeup.
The same happen to me and a friend… the manage just took $3 off for me but she just used a paper coupon she printed off instead… I was grateful the manager did because our closest Walgreens is 30 min away… hth

I live out of town. I go to town about once a week. I loaded all my digital coupons and confirmed that they loaded. It did not take it off in the store. I was told by the manager that I needed to go home log in and out of my account then log back in and check it. I did this. I ended up going to pick up a prescription and went to another Walgreens near our pharmacy. Digital coupon did not take it off. I was told by the manager there that I must have already used it. I politely explained what happened earlier in the week at a different Walgreens and they insisted I had used it. The manager finally gave me $3 off the Tide and informed me that they were losing money and would not be reimbursed for it. I heard a Walgreens clerk in the store say that she loaded hers as well and it had not applied to her account or purchase. I used to love Walgreens and all their deals. We are a large family and I routinely pick up items for my four college aged kids. I never go over the limit or stock pile items. I had one jug of Tide and two of the Purex for my college kids. Oftentimes I will stop on a Sunday afternoon when the sale begins and all of the items are gone already from the shelf. I have had numerous comments from management that they only received one box or no stock at all the support their sale flier :/
