Thanks for the heads up on these. Snagged these for when the oldest grandkids come to visit. The 30oz ones I have from Costco work great, but they are a bit huge for the g-kids. Also have the 16oz from WM during a sale around Christmas, 1 black, 1 red, which have been great , too. Just wish they came with spillproof lids that don’t have sliding cover mechanism…easier to keep clean. Love being able to get free in-store pickup. Easier to get them in the house with no one noticing. 😂

I have both Yeti & Ozarks. Both are equally great. I take them with me in my car everyday because I travel a lot for work and it’s so hot outside. I love them because they keep my ice from melting but I hate them because the keep my ice from melting. Lol. After I finish my water, I am used to my ice melting so I can drink that water. But Nope. Won’t melt. 🙂 great cups!

I need a lid for mine that closes because I have to carry it in a bag to work. Anyone have suggestions or have purchased a lid that can close?
Have you tried searching “spill proof tumbler lid” on WM’s website? Several came up when I used that search.
Try the contigo they’re the BEST, Cn carry in anything and won’t leak
They sell the lids with a slide closure at my local Walmart, so I would assume they are also online. Not sure they are water tight, so you’d have to check.
All the reports are true! I love my OT mug! The temperature remains pretty constant for hours. I got a bunch (different colors) in Oct. ’17 to give as gifts when they were $5 each, boxed.

I have several one these, and my only complaint is that the hole in the top is often too small for the acrylic straws to fit. Stainless steel straws are fine though!
I found a pack of acrylic straws in the camping section at Walmart and they fit great! I think they were around $3 for a pack of 4 different colored straws.
Pls be careful using stainless steel straws. I almost knocked my front tooth out using one! No more! The Dollar Tree straws are small.
I was thinking of the same with regards to stainless steel straws. Seems dangerous to use, esp for little ones.
My Walmart just had these tumblers on clearance for $1. I was shocked and loaded up on a few of them for an upcoming camping trip!

Is only the lid dishwasher safe? What about the rest of the cup? Can I put that in the dishwasher?
Be safe to wash both cup and lid by hand only.
