I purchased this TV a few weeks ago. I initially had it delivered to my home for free and within 1 hour the screen went out; guessing that shipping and handling was a little rough and broke something. I returned it with no issue, I believe I technically had 90 days to return so that’s something to keep in mind. But it being Walmart, I’m not sure if they would have been as easygoing about it malfunctioning if I hadn’t returned it within a day or two of receipt.
So I then bought another one, and this time chose to pick up in store. Through tracking I saw that it was basically shipped through one of the major carriers anyway (FedEx I think). But after picking it up and setting it up, there were no issues. I’ve had it about 2 weeks and it’s been fine so far (knock on wood – and if needed, hopefully buying it with AMEX which has enhanced return and warranty protection will hopefully keep me covered!).
The sound isn’t very good by the way, and I’ll be buying a sound bar/system soon.
