I will share a different perspective…I purchased this a while back and had a lot of problems with mine. I will agree that they have GREAT customer service and they ended up sending me an upgraded model, but it still wasn’t ideal. The vacuum worked pretty good at picking up pet hair on tile, but not great on my low pile area rugs. Also, it used to pick up cat litter off the tile well, but then started just kicking some of it around instead of sucking it up. One final thing, I have one area rug that is thicker (but definitely not shag!), and the vacuum keeps trying to turn itself around like it’s sensor is registering it’s hitting a wall, so it won’t vacuum on that one at all. But, the upgraded model was a lot heavier, so this might have come into play. So, if you only have tile or hardwood in your house and you are looking for a vacuum to suck up pet hair and dust bunnies, this is probably the best situation for the vacuum.
We have this and it’s great on our tile, engineered hardwood, bamboo, and even on our low-pile carpet/rugs.
Also, we bought it and had it for a week, when the price lowered by $20…so I emailed the company and they refunded us the difference! Very happy w/ this product and their customer service!
