Be careful! I once ordered a used (different model) Kindle from the Amazon Warehouse in reportedly Like New condition (or something to that extent) and it arrived with an obnoxious personalized graduation message/engraving all around the border, a faded display, dozens of ‘dead pixels’ that made it difficult to read in some sections of every page, and a two-inch scratch in the middle of the screen. It was surprisingly difficult to work with customer service on getting a refund for this (a first for me with Amazon) and the only reason they finally caved was because I sent them the description of the Like New claim on their warehouse site, which included no damage to the screen itself. Definitely a headache of an experience…though I have ordered luggage from their warehouse that came in perfect condition…I just think I’d be hesitant to purchase electronics from there again.
