Amazon Prime Members!

From July 11th – July 17th, when you make a purchase of $10 or more at Whole Foods Market, you’ll receive a free $10 Amazon credit to spend on Prime Day (12AM PT on Monday, 7/16 through 11:59PM PT on Wednesday, 7/18)! How awesome is that?!

In order to receive this Amazon credit, you must scan your Prime Code or use your mobile number when you pay at checkout at Whole Foods.

How do you get a Prime Code or use your mobile phone number?

Just head over here to download the free Whole Foods Market app and connect your Amazon account to receive your Prime Code.

Or update your Amazon settings here to include your mobile number – just be sure to turn on the “Use my mobile number” setting.

Follow These Steps starting July 11th:
  • Head to your local Whole Foods Market (starting July 11th through July 17th).
  • Make a purchase of $10 or more.
  • At checkout, scan your Prime Code or enter your mobile number (see more details about this above or go here)
  • You will receive a $10 Amazon account credit that will be valid starting at 12AM PT on Monday, 7/16 through 11:59PM PT on Wednesday, 7/18.

Note that there is a limit of one $10 Amazon credit per customer per account. The $10 credit is good for purchases on Amazon.com and does not apply to Amazon Gift Cards or Prime Now transactions.

You will receive an email from Amazon confirming that the $10 promotional credit has been added to your account and the discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

How do I get a Prime Code? Thank you!

    • ebg

either give the cashier your phone number that is linked to your prime or download the whole foods app for a code to scan.

    • Angie (Sweet Sidekick)

Hi Sandy! You can head here to learn more about getting set up with a Prime Code.

  3. Elizabeth

Prime code? Where do you find that if you are a prime member? They just scan it at checkout like they would a coupon?

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Hi there! Be sure to head over here to connect your Amazon account to receive your Prime Code! Hope that helps!

so do you need to buy $10 worth of stuff that is prime discounted at whole food or would any purchase over $10 at the store qualify you to receive the giftcard as long as you scan your prime code?

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

You can make any purchase of $10 or more to grab the offer! 😉

can others that share my amazon prime get this offer using their oen amazon account?

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Hi there! Here is what I found on that in their FAQ’s –
“What if I share my Prime benefits through an Amazon Household?

This deal can be redeemed once per customer. If each Amazon account holder in an Amazon Household scans their app at Whole Foods and makes a qualifying $10 purchase, they will each get a $10 credit.”

      Hope this helps!

To those folks that have a mobile number attached or need to attach it to Amazon for this deal, click Collins link to add mobile. Go to “How do I add or update mobile number” and click highlighted here link. Make sure you “turn on” the slide on/off option to “USE AT CHECKOUT”. This is important to have the deal work. Hth!

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Thanks for the super helpful tips! Good to know!

I heard that Amazon and General Mills are doing a joint promotion for a free box of Honey Nut Cheerios. Do you know anything about this?

  9. Neha

Can I purchase online at whole foods? I don’t have one near my location.
Also can I use the $10 credit on anything I want or are there any restrictions??

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

It appears to be for in store purchases only – “To qualify, Prime members must make a single purchase of at least $10 at a U.S. Whole Foods Market store and scan the Prime code or use their linked mobile number at checkout in-store between 12:00 a.m. PT 7/11/18 and 11:59 p.m. PT 7/17/18.”

      Hope that helps!

Is this offer valid at Whole Foods 365 stores?

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Hi there! It looks like this is available at the regular Whole Foods Markets only, however you could check with your store to be certain. Hope this helps!

    Prime Day Exclusive
Earn 10% Back at Whole Foods Market
with your Amazon Prime Rewards Visa Card
Eligible Prime members can earn 10% Back with the Amazon Prime Rewards Visa Card on up to a total of $400 in purchases at Whole Foods Market stores, including Whole Foods Market 365 stores, between July 14, 2018-July 17, 2018.

So if you wait until the 14th I think you can stack the 10% back in rewards (Up to $400) with the $10 deal.

  12. Jennifer

hmmm, the way they have the answer worded makes it sound like they’re talking about when you have multiple account holders at 1 address…sounded like Jacqueline was asking about when you share 1 prime account with a family member. Maybe that’s why they said each Amazon account holder & not each prime account holder. I think the short answer is yes but the wording they used makes me unsure.

  13. Kristina

I assume I can pay with a gift card?! I’ve had $9 left on a WF gift card for a long time. Now I can get rid of it!! Thank you!!

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

You’re welcome! I’m not finding that listed as an exclusion. You could always call in to your store to be certain. Hope that helps!

I wish I had a Whole Foods near me. 😕

  15. spi_cy13

Discover credit card sent me an email on July 9th stating that if I change my 1-click default payment method to my Discover card by July 16th, I will save $10 on my next eligible Amazon.com purchase. Did anyone else get this email? If so, has anyone successfully saved $10 on Amazon.com?

    • J

Yes, I did the 1-click offer and on my next purchase, I saw the credit during checkout…I think its only things S+S by Amazon

      • Dawn

Do you have to receive that email from discover, or is it for all discover card holders?

  16. cathy sanford

I did this deal a few days ago and I am wondering where on your acct you can see the $10 credit. I just want to be sure it worked right.

    • Bridget

      Wondering the same …

      • Lynn

Yep the same here. I’m not seeing the credit yet 🙁
