My 3, 5, 9, 11, and parents play with these. Easier than Legos, but still engaging for older kids. There are plans to build things, make up your own designs, or try to replicate a shape with specific pieces. I sneak in some geometry too. I recommend.
We have these and you really can’t tell the difference between these and the magformers. We put all the sets together and it’s almost impossible to know which is which. I’m very happy with them and they get used A LOT in my house!
This would be a great set to start with or to add to your collection. My 4 year old has a 36 piece set. And a 24 piece set but she needs more. The more you have the more you can build.
I highly discourage anyone from buying these. I got them last time they were on sale and because i gave them 2 stars I’ve recieved multiple harassing emails from the company asking to pay me for a 5 star review. or threaten me if I don’t delete the review. I got Amazon involved.

these are a cheap knock off off the real things. I don’t recommend
They don’t stick together, they pull apart very easy, and break. magnets are very bad for kids to swallow.

I bought these last time they were on Hip2Save and my kids love them. My daughter, who is 11, plays with them daily since we received them and they have worked just fine. I bought another set bc she loves them so much. No problems here.
