I have this watch and ended up getting a apple instead. The software is not great, I continuously had to reprogram from scratch, always disconnected, etc. I paid full price which made it more painful! It’s nicer looking than the apple but the software does not compare!

Just received an email from the fraud department concerning my order. I called them & they asked for my social security number and copy of front & back of my license. I asked for an explanation, & they stated that my account was “flagged”. I do not have a Verizon wireless account & stated this. I was then told that one was not needed. I refused the documentation & cancelled my order. I am very disappointed with Verizon.
