Can I use $10 off more than once?
I got an instant pot for Christmas and I must say I am not crazy about it. Every time I cook meat it comes out dry and tough. I don’t know if I am overcooking it or under cooking it. Any tips???
When it’s dry and tough it’s over cooked. Follow FB instant pot group and they are very helpful. I love my instant pot and I just bought a second one today the instant pot ultra.
Without telling us what you do to it, there’s no way that we can tell. What kind of meat? How long do you cook it for? How much liquid do you use? What kind of release do you do? Most problems are due to user error so if you explain what you do, we can advise.
The last thing I made was a round roast. It was two and a half pounds and I cooked it for 55 min on the meat setting per an online recipe. I seared it first then put in my liquids, about a cup, maybe two (but i didnt put the roast on the trivet). However I did let it naturally release pressure when it was done. Came out super dry and tough 😟😟😟😟
