Oh cheez… another recall!?
Kraft Heinz is voluntarily recalling around 7,000 cases of Taco Bell Salsa Con Queso Mild Cheese Dip with “best when used by” dates ranging from October 31st, 2018 to January 23rd, 2019.
Why? The affected dip in 15oz glass jars shows signs of product separation. This separation can create conditions that could allow for the growth of Clostridium botulinum (C. botulinum), a bacterium which can cause life-threatening illness or death. However, no illnesses have been reported.
