I think it’s really good slightly cooked in a pan flavored with taco seasoning and added to a burrito bowl. It looks icky from the coloring, but YUM!! I also bought the cauliflower & sweet potato riced blend, excited to try that one!
My daughter is vegan and loves the riced cauliflower medley. The key is she eats it under things like teriyaki tofu or such where there is a sauce to mix in with it. It makes a passable substitute for rice that way.
This tastes really great if you cook it with a little olive oil, or Irish butter and seasoning until golden colored. It gets a better texture.
The cauliflower is SO good if you sautée onions and regular ground breakfast sausage (small pieces) and mix it all together with Goya seasoning. My whole family loves it! FYI, it’s really good with rice instead of cauliflower as well.
