The customer service at LG is the worst ever. They will not do anything at all… This is a good price- I have paid as much as upwards of 200 for one before.
The sound quality is EXCELLENT – but quite a bit of the time when you are on a call – the other end cannot hear you.
They are best for listening to music.
I love how the cord retracts.
After my last one broke – I finally went with Beats X. I still like the look of the LG better – but now at least people can hear me when I speak….

I’ve had great experiences w/ LG Customer Service! I have 2 of these {different models but both w/ the HK sound} & I’ve had them both taken into service—and replaced w/ NEW ones. They both lasted for a little over a yr—and the replacements are still working well. Also, it was super easy to have them send the service label to you, and it was returned quickly too—and I live in HI so an all-around satisfactory experience!
