16 sq ft is “spacious”? The photo shows a puppy in there and they claim it’s good for a dog up to 95 lb. I guess you could jam an adult dog in there but it won’t have much room. I wouldn’t use something this small for my beagle.
I have one of these taller versions off my laundry room for our cats. Hubby cut a small section out of the wire so that the doggie door could be used. We also used metal for the top instead of the fabric. We added a “shelf” to it also. We now have a save outside area for the cats. Bonus, the stinky litterboxes went outside too! One night the back gate was left open and a pair of rotties came into the back yard. We hear all kids of commotion. They were trying to get into the cage after the cats. We jumped up out of bed and ran to see what was going on. The cage held wonderfully (it’s bolted to the side of the wall) and all the cats were safe. The rotties actually tried so hard ,they injured themselves trying to chew/pull the wire. There was blood everywhere. I just knew at least one of the cats were hurt. All 4 were shook up and hiding in the laundryroom but fine otherwise.
Surprised to see this “deal” on H2S. I don’t find this spacious at all and it hurts me thinking of dogs being forced to spend who knows how long outside in this.
