It has to be an SD movie that is $4.99. I tried to use it for “A Quiet Place” but because it is $3.99 SD it would not work. If you choose a $4.99 SD movie it should work perfect.

So frustrating! I was able to rent a movie but it plays for about 2 minutes and then cuts out. This is happening repeatedly. Anyone else experiencing this problem?
It seems a lot of people are having issues. I couldn’t even get through the checkout smoothly. Maybe this promo was a bit too successful for them…
Horrible customer service. Over 1 hr hold times. Incorrectly selected HD so trying to get a refund. CSR located in DR unable to speak or understand them. Redbox is going down in quality and reliability.
