Just wanted to share the my last experience with Walgreens. I purchased online the amazing deal of “Olay cleansing cloths”, I applied the coupons as suggested last week on Aug 5th post, I payed $0.40 for 2 packs and was so excited, got the purchase confirmation and I waited to receive the e-mail so I could go pick them up at the store, well I went by today to pick up a different order and asked about the Olay clothes, they checked on my order and told me it was cancelled because I applied too many coupons. Like normally the system won’t let you combine coupons if it is not possible right? Bad experience with Walgreens.

Omg mine was cancelled too but didn’t give a reason.

I have been hearing a lot of couponing issues with Walgreens lately.
Today, i went to buy some crest toothpaste. They first told me the price before coupons. I told them I had clipped coupons and the cashier took another look at the screen and manually added them. What’s the point of clipping if we have to go thru this.

I like CVS more when it comes to using clipped coupons.

You could have call Customer Service and explain that you purchase 2 Olay items and clip the coupon for $8.00 off 2 Olay. But since the coupon expired they will give you points 8,000 points = $8.00. I did the deal and mines got cancel I think 90% of people who did it got cancel. But they gave me 8,000 points so I was happy. It depends the representative you get, cause some people were saying they did not get points.

You can go to YouTube and type Running Kimono and click on her video that says 8,000 she explains it there.

I am new to the Walgreens rewards program. Will I get the $4 RR if I use a RR from previous purchase?

    • Holly (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Yes, as long as it’s not from the same offer it should work just fine.

You have to make sure you give them your Balance Rewards Card or punch your number when your going to pay if not. You will pay full price. because the coupons are link to your account. But whenever my coupons don’t come out from my purchase I call Customer Service and they give me points for the value of coupon. So that works for me cause it’s money that I can use there.

hello. I just did the colgate deal and the band aid deal but didn’t receive the register rewards for either one. I only received the 3 balance reward. Anyone know why they wouldn’t print or what I should do now.
