I just picked up 4 at Target at they were regular priced at $13.99… I was shocked they had all the new ones in stock… we actually stopped in because they showed having the new lol display case in stock at that store online… my 16 year old is more excited than my 4 year old… lol😉
Some lady at my local Walmart bought the whole box! My cousin in Virginia asked me to look for some for her daughter since it’s sold out a lot of places and now we know why! I get wanting some for your kids, but a whole box off the shelf and clearing shelves are a tad bit over board and unfair to other people
I totally get that! Especially hot items it’s really annoying. However, I’ve had to buy a whole box once for party favors for my daughter’s birthday party. Not saying she had the same excuse but still maybe there was a reason more than just taking the whole box just because.
We were shocked when we went to target and they had all the new ones in stock… we only stopped for the display case but I ended up get 4 wraps and 2 fashion crushes… my 16 year old said let’s buy all of it and resell it on eBay… no I would never do that… I hate when people coupon only to resell it… I understand it’s a free country but I just couldn’t do that…😉

I’m addicted to these worse than my daughter I think.. just found an adorable case MADE BY LOL on Target.com that holds 55 dolls and has little playhouse like backgrounds.. $39.99

Yes, it’s cute and I got it, but I was bummed that it actually only displays 36 dolls, we have more than that, which I’m thinking is pretty insane (thought not uncommon)at this point. I think I’m addicted more than my daughter too, so for this series I ordered her two to open from Wal-mart and I bought the other two I wanted from someone with duplicates. Their price point just isn’t making these dolls super appealing to me any more.
The devil’s advocate in me suspects a reseller when I see this type of thing. People will go and buy up stock of toys to resell at Christmas when everyone is trying to get their hands on the hottest toys. Luckily we are all savvy bargain shoppers so we don’t get stuck paying scalpers outrageous prices for Christmas gifts.
We bought a whole box once in series 2 because there are less doubles.
