Is this for each line? I went to add it to each line individually and it doesn’t show up in the ad ons.. anyone have tips?
I added to each line. I started with the primary line. After that I went to account, then to add-ons, then the top banner shows various things: click on entertainment and it should be in there. Hope that works for you!

4 lines would be $39.96 / month after the trial ends. An Apple Music family plan costs $14.99 so I’m not sure why any Verizon customers would want to have this on more than one line.
